Shipping Policy

Wear8bit products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which works with a network of independent print providers. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, timelines are given as ranges rather than fixed promises.

Production time

Most items are produced within 2–5 business days of your order, before they even ship. Production time can vary by product type (apparel, prints, accessories) and by which print provider fulfills your specific item, since different providers handle different products.

Shipping time

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier. Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days for US orders, though this can run longer during peak seasons or for destinations outside the United States.

Multiple items in one order

If your order includes items fulfilled by different print providers, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, items ordered, and shipping method. Any current promotions (e.g., free shipping thresholds) will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking isn't updating or your package appears delayed, email support@wear8bit.store and we'll look into it with the carrier and print provider.

Customs and international orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
