Welcome to Wear8bit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wear8bit.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Wear8bit is an independent, sole-proprietor business designing original pixel-art apparel, prints, and accessories. Products are produced and shipped on a print-on-demand basis through our fulfillment partner, Printify, and its network of print providers. We hold no inventory — each order is produced after it's placed.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or inability to fulfill through our print partners — and will notify you and refund any payment taken if we do.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Original art and intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and the Wear8bit name are original to Wear8bit or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our designs or brand assets commercially without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to disrupt the Site's operation (including scraping, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access).

6. Print-on-demand production

Because products are made to order through Printify's print-provider network:

Minor variation in color, placement, and material is normal for on-demand printing and is

not considered a defect.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by our print providers, carriers, customs, or

events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, refunds, and order issues

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: because items are custom-produced per order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind — only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and only as a replacement/reprint unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wear8bit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
